I run into issues while building eosio.contracts repo. The link stage of eosio.contracts fails with errors similar to ”undefined reference to secp256k1_rangeproof_info".

I have eos v1.8.1, eosio.cdt v1.6.1, and Boost 1.67 installed in Ubuntu 18.04. And libsecp256k1 is also installed.

I am trying to build the BIOS Contract as I am trying to setup additional block producers in a local/private testnet (described in this page). However, I have trouble compiling the eosio.contracts.

Thanks in advance!
