    Your question title and the content of the question are quite different. The account eosio does not contain the transfer operation. You likely mean to use eosio.token account. Please make your question more clear for more assistance. Oct 31, 2019 at 13:38

Basically, I was trying to push a custom action called "hashit". So for hashit action, I have created a hash.cpp file

#include <eosiolib/eosio.hpp>
#include <eosiolib/print.hpp>
using namespace eosio;
class hash : public contract {
public:
  using contract::contract;
  [[eosio::action]]
  void hashit( name user ) {
     print( "Hello, ", name{user} );
  }
};

and I have generated wasm and abi file with cmd eosio-cpp -o hash.wasm hash.cpp -abigen

and then set contract with cleos. And it works.
