Is there a way to setup eos node with mainnet without having to get all the blocks and history? For example, it is possible in ripple to start an XRP node and have a few numbers or of the previous block (configurable in settings) and you will be synced with the network after you get those blocks and good to go. Of course, you won't have any data that was in blocks you did not get but its your choice and an option if you want to opt for so is there something similar possible in eos
