https://eostracker.io - this is the one that I'm using the most, recently, and in my opinion is more accurate

If you have cleos, you can run:

cleos -u http://api.eosnewyork.io:80 system listproducers

Of course you can change the http://api.eosnewyork.io:80 with another top-tier producer. The listproducers will return the list of 21 block producers.
