What libraries are supported by contracts?

The code for Boost is in https://github.com/EOSIO/eosio.cdt/tree/master/libraries/boost The main EOS library is eosiolib, and it uses Boost in action.hpp, dispatcher, datastream, etc.

How to add third part libraries when developing smart contracts in EOS?

In order to achieve this,you are required to move your entire library to your contract. What you are attempting is not possible without this.
